Crisaborole Ointment is a topical non-steroidal phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. It increases intracellular cAMP levels and down-regulates the release of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines, relieving skin inflammation, erythema and pruritus associated with atopic dermatitis. It offers a well-tolerated steroid-free treatment option for inflammatory skin conditions.

It is indicated for the topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adult and paediatric patients aged 3 months and older.
